Pooled Resources. At such time as First Data may require additional personnel resources to complete the work assigned to the *** or the *** (including when required increases to the *** or *** cannot be met in time), First Data shall use resources available from First Data’s Pooled Resources.
Pooled Resources. Each Party agrees to give the ERABLE JPT staff the widest possible access to the research instruments it owns, particularly computer equipment in compliance with the IT charters of the different institutions, provided the use is justified by the purpose of the researchers' work involved for the accomplishment of the joint scientific project. As the ERABLE JPT belongs to the Inria Grenoble Rhône-Alpes research centre, it will benefit from all the centre's services. Each Party shall remain the owner of the equipment it allocates to the unit and which it acquires at its own expense, unless otherwise decided by a written undertaking by the Parties at a later date. Should new equipment or devices become necessary to conduct the jointly-led research, the Parties agree that only one of them shall pay the acquisition and maintenance costs. In this case, the Party which pays the acquisition costs shall be sole owner. The monitoring committee may, where necessary, look into the purchase of complex and expensive equipment in order to organise the distribution of maintenance costs between the Parties using it.
