Permittee shall comply with all of the provisions of Section 728 of the Charter of the City and the Port’s living wage ordinance and regulationsPort Ordinance No. 3666, as amended by Port Ordinance No. 3719 (“Port Living Wage Ordinance”), as they may be amended from time to time, including by any successor ordinance (collectively, the “Living Wage Law”), unless exempt under Section 728 of the Charter of the City. The Port Living Wage Ordinance requires Port contractors to additionally provide their employees with a minimum of twelve (12) compensated days off per year.
