Common use of Port Clause in Contracts

Port. The Port shall have the following responsibilities when administering and enforcing the requirements of this Chapter. 1. The Port shall administer and enforce the Building and Fire Codes as identified in Subsection 5.4. However, the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries shall be responsible for regulating and enforcing the National Electrical Code on properties for which the Port carries out permitting responsibilities. 2. The Port shall administer and enforce the storm water requirements as described in Subsection 6.3.
