Portable Device. You may install another copy of the software on a portable device for use by the single primary user of the licensed device.

Portable Device. Form or as may be updated by Provider in the Membership Agreement, to each Member to track the daily activity of such Members. All obligations with respect to delivery and use of the Portable Devices shall be subject to the Membership Agreement. The Parties acknowledge and agree that Provider may charge additional fees for the deployment of such Portable Devices which price lists may be modified from time erson in violation of US Export Controls or Trade Sanctions, including but not limited to persons who are Blocked Persons or who are located in an Embargoed Jurisdiction.

You may only use those copies as described in the Remote Access section below.   • Safety Devices All Products provided under the Contract shall be equipped with required safety devices to comply with all applicable codes, laws, and regulations that are in effect at the time of delivery.

  • Electronic Devices No electronic devices that may hinder job performance or safety (especially cell phones), may be carried on employees’ person, or be used by employees during working hours.

  • Device In this agreement, “device” means a hardware system (whether physical or virtual) with an internal storage device capable of running the software. A hardware partition or blade is considered to be a device.

  • Protective Devices Protective devices, wearing apparel, and other equipment necessary to protect employees from injury shall be provided by the County in accordance with practices now prevailing or as such practices may be improved from time to time by the County.
