Porting Numbers. Xxxxxxxxx.xxx will require a completed and signed Letter of Authorization (“LOA”) for any numbers or toll free numbers the customer wishes to port. Applicable LOAs are attached hereto. In addition, Xxxxxxxxx.xxx will require a recent, applicable copy of the Customer’s current phone xxxx which contains the Customer’s Billing Telephone Number (“BTN”) as well as a record of any numbers that need to be ported. Necessary LOA(s) and Xxxx Copy(s) must be received by Xxxxxxxxx.xxx before Xxxxxxxxx.xxx initiates the port request.

Porting Numbers. Sangoma will require a completed and signed Letter of Authorization (“LOA”) for any existing telephone numbers Customer wishes to port from another carrier to Sangoma. Sangoma may require a recent copy of the current phone xxxx which contains Customer’s Billing Telephone Number (“BTN”) as well as a record of any numbers that need to be ported. Sangoma must receive necessary LOA(s) and/or xxxx copy(ies) before Sangoma will initiate a port request and obtain a Confirmed Port Date. The “Confirmed Port Date” is the date upon which the current voice provider has agreed to port a number(s) to Sangoma. The Confirmed Port Date interval may in some cases take as long as one (1) to two (2) business weeks after Customer initiates the port request; since the port interval is a product of the accuracy of the information provided to Sangoma by Customer, as well as the processing speed of Customer’s current voice provider, Sangoma makes no guarantees regarding the promptness of a port, however all ports will be provided consistent with applicable law.
Porting Numbers. Porting a number is moving an existing customer phone number from their current telephone provider to EH!tel. The Customer must sign a porting authorization form and return it to EH!tel along with a recent invoice from their telephone provider. The current provider may reject or approve the request. EH!tel is not responsible and/or liable for porting rejections Porting may take up to two weeks. It is important the “date” of the move is adhered to. Failed porting places the number in limbo, and the customer may be unable to receive or make calls. EH!tel will not be liable for any interruptions, and/or lost calls involved with porting a number.

Bandwidth may require a recent copy of the current phone bill that contains Reseller’s Billing Telephone Number (“BTN”) as well as a record of any TNs and/or TFNs that need to be ported, a Reseller Service Record (“CSR”), and/or an Equipment Record (“ER”). Bandwidth must receive the necessary LOA(s) and/or bill copy(ies) before Xxxxxxxxx will initiate a port request and obtain a Confirmed Port Date. The “Confirmed Port Date” is the date upon which the current voice provider has agreed to port a TNs and/or TFNs to Bandwidth. In addition, Tel-Net will require a recent, applicable copy of the Customer’s current phone xxxx which contains the Customer’s Billing Telephone Number (“BTN”) as well as a record of any numbers that need to be ported. Necessary LOA(s) and Xxxx Copy(s) must be received by Tel-Net before Tel-Net initiates the port request.
Porting Numbers. If Customer wishes to port any existing telephone numbers from another carrier to Xxxxxxxxx.xxx, Xxxxxxxxx.xxx will require a completed and signed LOA, which form can be found at xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxx/XXXXX. In addition to the completed and signed LOA, Xxxxxxxxx.xxx also will require a recent copy of Customer’s current phone xxxx which contains Customer’s billing telephone number and a record of any other telephone number(s) to be ported to Xxxxxxxxx.xxx. LOA(s), xxxx copy(ies) and/or other records must be received by Xxxxxxxxx.xxx before Xxxxxxxxx.xxx will initiate a port request and obtain a Confirmed Port Date. The Confirmed Port Date will be established pursuant to industry and any applicable regulatory standards; however, since the time required to port number(s) will be affected by the accuracy of information provided to Xxxxxxxxx.xxx by Customer, as well as the actions of Customer’s pre-existing voice provider, Xxxxxxxxx.xxx makes no assurances regarding the time required to port any number(s).
