Position Change (Reversion). If an employee is awarded a new position within or beyond the scope of this Agreement and the City or the employee determines that they are not qualified to fill the position adequately or is not performing satisfactorily in that position, they shall revert to their former position provided no more than sixty (60) business days have elapsed since the position change. In such cases the employee shall revert to their former position.

  • Termination/Changes We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to discontinue the provision of your electronic Communications, or to terminate or change the terms and conditions on which we provide electronic Communications.
