Positive Test Results. 20.5.1 An employee who tested .04 (Non-CDL and .02 CDL) or greater for alcohol or fails to pass a drug test will be removed from the performance of his/her job and evaluated by a substance abuse professional. An employee may substitute any available PTO (in accordance with Appendix C to this Agreement), vacation, floating holiday or comp time for the non-pay status.
