Possible Extension of Term. 50.1. Subject to satisfactory performance by the Contractor during the Initial Term, the Authority may wish to extend the Agreement for a further period of up to [ ] year(s). The Authority may approach the Contractor if it wishes to do so before the end of the Initial Term. The clauses in the Agreement will apply throughout any such extended period unless otherwise stated to the contrary.
