Post Completion Support. Adequate personnel to complete all Work within the Contract Time(s) will be maintained on-Site by Design-Builder or a Subcontractor until Final Completion has been achieved. In addition to prosecuting the Work until Final Completion has been achieved, Design-Builder or its Subcontractor will provide one (1) month of on-Site operational support for Owner’s and Owner Operator’s personnel after successful completion of the Performance Tests and, from the date of Substantial Completion, will provide six (6) months of off-Site technical and operating procedure support by telephone and other electronic data transmission and communication.
