Post Event Clean Up. THE SHUL IS IN CONSTANT USE AND MUST BE PROMPTLY RETURNED TO THE PROPER CONDITION AND MADE AVAILABLE FOR OTHER ACTIVITIES BY THE END OF THE APPROVED RENTAL PERIOD. Renter shall cause the removal from the Shul of any leftover items from the Event (e.g., food, beverages, flowers, vases, balloons, utensils or other equipment) within two hours after the end of the Event, or if the Event is on Shabbat or Yom Tov, two hours after the end of Shabbat or Yom Tov, in each case, unless other arrangements have been approved by Xxxx Xxxxx in writing in advance (the “Cleanup Deadline”). While the caterer, if any, ordinarily will handle these matters, Renter remains responsible to the extent the caterer fails to do so or there is no caterer. All floors must be swept and mopped, as appropriate. All chairs and tables must be reset in the manner found prior to the Event. If the kitchen or any room or space used by Renter is not cleaned following the Event to return the Shul to pre‐Event condition, Xxxx Xxxxx xxx hire a cleaning service to do so. Any additional cleaning fees incurred by Xxxx Xxxxx will be the responsibility of Renter. Xxxx Xxxxx recommends that all leftovers be donated to a local charity. The Xxxx Xxxxx office would be happy to refer you to such a charity at your request. Xxxx Xxxxx shall have the right to dispose of any leftover items on the premises after the Cleanup Deadline, in each case as it deems appropriate without liability and at the expense of Renter, unless other arrangements are approved in writing in advance by Xxxx Xxxxx.

Post Event Clean Up. Lessee must leave facility clean and free of trash and hazardous materials and are responsible for removal of all decorations at the end of the event. All garbage must be bagged and placed in the proper container area outside by the kitchen door. All materials and personal belongings must be removed from premises at the end of the renter's function. Any area not left in proper order and repair will be cleaned and repaired by the Village of Indian Hill as necessary and the Lessee agrees to be billed and shall be liable for any and all costs. The Village of Indian Hill is no way responsible for lost or damaged items left on premises after the conclusion of the renter's function.

Post Event Clean Up. The Center will be unlocked at 9:00am the day following your event for cleaning. You will have (2) hours to clean the Center. The cleanup must be completed by 11:00am, at which time the Center shall be vacated and locked, or your deposit will be forfeited. Post Event Clean Up. Organizer will provide clean up after the Event including all Event site(s), designated parking areas and the immediately adjacent impacted neighborhoods streets. Post event clean up should include a walk/sweep of the grounds to remove items typical of large special events such as zip ties, wire clippings, nuts/bolts, can tabs, etc. (If Auditorium Shores) Including but not limited Xxxxxx Park, Xxxxxx Events Center, the Long Center, Xxxxxxx Bridge, and the areas along Riverside Drive between Xxxxx and 1st Street.
