Kitchen Sink. Using a Brillo pad and abrasive cleaner, thoroughly clean the sink and fixtures. CLR or Lime-Away work best around the sink fixtures to remove calcium deposits and buildups. Since water drops tend to dry leaving a dirty appearance, after cleaning, remember to wipe off the fixtures with a paper towel. To leave a streak free shine, spray glass cleaner on the sink and fixtures then use a paper towel to wipe off.

  • Room The Manager grants the Resident occupancy of single space within a shared Resident unit in the Residence owned by the Institution known as: “Northern College Residence” (the “Residence”) for the duration of the Term. The number of Residents sharing the unit is dependent on the unit assigned to the Resident.

  • Compaction 11.1 Concrete shall be thoroughly compacted and fully worked around the reinforcement, around embedded fixtures and into corners of the formwork. 11.2 Concrete shall be compacted using mechanical vibrators complying with IS 2505, IS 2506, IS 2514 and IS:4656. Over vibration and under vibration of concrete are harm full and shall be avoided. Vibration of very wet mixes shall also be avoided. Whenever vibration has to be applied externally, the design of formwork and the disposition of vibrators shall receive special consideration to ensure efficient compaction and to avoid surface blemishes.

  • Sprinklers Subject to any terms, conditions and limitations set forth herein, Landlord shall provide an operative sprinkler system consisting of mains, laterals, and heads “AS IS” on the date of delivery of the Premises to Tenant. Tenant shall pay for piping distribution, drops and relocation of, or additional, sprinkler system heads and Building firehose or firehose valve cabinets, if Tenant’s Plans and/or any applicable Laws necessitate such.

  • Fire Safety Resident will not tamper with fire alarms, smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, fire hoses, or exit signs. Resident will promptly evacuate Residence Facility upon the sounding of an alarm or as otherwise directed by College Housing staff. Resident will participate in any periodic fire drill and fire safety training conducted by College for the Residence Facility.

  • Generators Temporary installation of generators, and permanent installation of generators that are placed inside existing buildings or that occupy an area under 50 square feet behind the building they serve.

  • Bicycles Bicycles or other vehicles shall not be permitted anywhere inside or on the sidewalks outside of the Building, except in those areas designated by Landlord for bicycle parking.
