Post-term protection. Within 10 days after the end of the Term, Broker will provide to Landlord a list of Prospective Tenants to whom the Property was submitted by broker during the Term. If a Prospective Tenant, appearing on the list, enters into a Lease within 180 days after the end of the Term, and thereafter the Lease is fully executed and delivered, and submitted by Landlord staff to the City Council for approval on or before and subsequently approved by the City Council, Xxxxxxxx will pay a commission to Xxxxxx as provided above. Xxxxxxxx agrees that such 180-day period will be extended for so long as negotiations with a Prospective Tenant are continuing.
