Post-Termination Assistance. Executive shall provide such information and assistance to the Company as the Company may reasonably request, upon reasonable notice, in connection with any litigation in which it or any of its affiliates is or may become a party. The Company shall reimburse the Executive for any expenses, including travel expenses, incurred by the Executive in connection with providing such information and assistance.
