Common use of Post-Termination Assistance Clause in Contracts

Post-Termination Assistance. Executive agrees to make reasonable efforts to assist the Company after the termination of Executive’s employment, including but not limited to, transitioning of Executive’s job duties as well as assisting with any legal proceeding, lawsuit, or claim involving matters occurring during Executive’s employment with the Company. The Company shall reimburse Executive for reasonable expenses incurred in connection with such cooperation.
