Common use of Postponement of Cases Clause in Contracts

Postponement of Cases. Postponement of cases on the agenda of a Joint State Committee will be permitted only once for each party. Notice of a postponement shall be given to the other party by the fastest possible method of communication upon knowledge of the need to postpone.
