Power Back-up i) 24 X 7 Generator back up for Common Areas and in flat ii) 24 X 7 Generator back up to flats at Extra Cost
Power Back-up. Emergency power backup for Common Area Lighting and Four lifts. Emergency power backup in each flat for Lights and Fan. Choice of component is at the sole discretion of the Promoter in case there are multiple options.
Power Back-up. The Lessor shall provide uninterruptible power supply for 100% of the load required by the Lessee in the Premises (i.e.600 KVA) plus power required for the air conditioning, 24 hours a day on all days. In the event of any interruption in the regular power supply or any part thereof, the Lessor agrees that it will provide the Lessee with 100% power backup for the full load required by the Lessee using the DG sets. The Lessee shall pay the Proportionate charges for running the DG set for power backup for the interiors of the Premises as agreed in clause 6.C.(i) above.
Power Back-up. 360 KVA power back-up with additional power back up on payment of Refundable Security Deposit as outlined in Clause VI 1) h).
Power Back-up. SiriCOMM shall provide its own Power back up and surge protectors for all of its equipment.
Power Back-up. Petro will provide power consistent with the local provider. SiriCOMM will be responsible for power backup and protection of the equipment.
Power Back-up. DG SET Lessor shall provide 100% (hundred percent) power backup for 24 (twenty four) hours to the Premises. Lessee shall pay the consumption charges of the Power Back up utilized by The Lessee. Diesel consumption will be on the basis of actual (proportionate as per as per the super built up area of the Premises).
Power Back-up. Diesel Generator sets of appropriate capacity with stack to provide full back-up into common areas and 750 xxxxx to each unit is provided to fulfil designed requirement.
