DG Sets definition

DG Sets means the backup diesel generators set maintained by the Concessionaire at the Site, to ensure continuous supply of power for the operation of the Facilities, when the supply of power from the grid is not available.

  • The Promoter has installed DG sets of requisite capacity for power back up and in case of power failure, the Maintenance Agency will operate the DG Sets to provide power back-up to the Units and the common area.

Related to DG Sets

  • Notice of Settlement means the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.

  • Ontario Settlement Class means the settlement class in respect of the Ontario Action as defined in Schedule A.

  • PJM Settlement or “PJM Settlement, Inc.” shall mean PJM Settlement, Inc. (or its successor), established by PJM as set forth in Operating Agreement, section 3.3.   • Net Share Settlement On each Settlement Date, Issuer shall deliver to Dealer a number of Shares equal to the Number of Shares to be Delivered for such Settlement Date to the account specified by Dealer and pay cash to Dealer in lieu of any fractional shares valued at the Relevant Price on the Valuation Date corresponding to such Settlement Date. Number of Shares to be Delivered: In respect of any Exercise Date, subject to the last sentence of Section 9.5 of the Equity Definitions, the product of (i) the number of Warrants exercised or deemed exercised on such Exercise Date, (ii) the Warrant Entitlement and (iii)(A) the excess, if any, of the VWAP Price on the Valuation Date occurring on such Exercise Date over the Strike Price, divided by (B) such VWAP Price. The Number of Shares to be Delivered shall be delivered by Issuer to Dealer no later than 4:00 P.M. (local time in New York City) on the relevant Settlement Date.

  • Share Settlement means a number of shares of Class A Common Stock (together with any Corresponding Rights) equal to the number of Redeemed Units.

  • Remarketing Settlement Date means (i) in the case of a Successful Optional Remarketing, (x) if the remarketed Notes are priced before 4:30 p.m. New York City time on the Optional Remarketing Date for such Successful Optional Remarketing, the third Business Day immediately following such Optional Remarketing Date and (y) otherwise, the fourth Business Day following the relevant Optional Remarketing Date, and (ii) in the case of a Final Remarketing, the Purchase Contract Settlement Date.

  • Combination Settlement shall have the meaning specified in Section 14.02(a).

  • Prepaid wireless calling service means a telecommunications service:

  • ASX Settlement means ASX Settlement Pty Ltd (ABN 49 008 504 532);

  • connection pipe means a pipe, the ownership of which is vested in the municipality and installed by it for the purpose of conveying water from a main to a water installation, and includes a “communication pipe” referred to in SANS 0252 Part I;

  • Net Share Settlement Amount For any Settlement Date, an amount equal to the product of (i) the number of Warrants exercised or deemed exercised on the relevant Exercise Date, (ii) the Strike Price Differential for the relevant Valuation Date and (iii) the Warrant Entitlement.

  • Prepaid wireless telecommunications service means a wireless communications service that provides the right to utilize mobile wireless service as well as other nontelecommunications services, including the download of digital products delivered electronically, content and ancillary services, which must be paid for in advance, and that is sold in predetermined units or dollars of which the amount declines with use in a known amount.

  • Net Share Settled in relation to any Warrant means that Net Share Settlement is applicable to that Warrant.

  • Structured settlement means an arrangement for periodic payment of damages for personal injuries established by settlement or judgment in resolution of a tort claim or for periodic payments in settlement of a workers’ compensation claim.

  • Physical Settlement Date means the date specified as such in any Physical Settlement Notice, which shall be not earlier than 10 nor later than 20 Business Days after the date on which the Physical Settlement Notice is given.

  • Connection Point means an exit point or an entry point or a bidirectional point identified or to be identified as such in an access contract.

  • Physical Settlement Amount For any Settlement Date for which Physical Settlement is applicable, an amount in cash equal to the product of (a) the Forward Price in effect on the relevant Settlement Date multiplied by (b) the Settlement Shares for such Settlement Date.

  • Physical Settlement shall have the meaning specified in Section 14.02(a).

  • School setting means in the school, on school grounds, in school vehicles, at a designated bus stop or at any activity sponsored, supervised or sanctioned by the school.

  • Outbound telephone call means a telephone call initiated by a telemarketer to induce the purchase of goods or services or to solicit a charitable contribution.

  • Interconnection Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which the project is connected to the grid i.e. it shall be at 11 / 22 kV bus bar level of substation of MSEDCL.

  • Transmission Interconnection Customer means an entity that submits an Interconnection Request to interconnect or add Merchant Transmission Facilities to the Transmission System or to increase the capacity of Merchant Transmission Facilities interconnected with the Transmission System in the PJM Region or an entity that submits an Upgrade Request for Merchant Network Upgrades (including accelerating the construction of any transmission enhancement or expansion, other than Merchant Transmission Facilities, that is included in the Regional Transmission Expansion Plan prepared pursuant to Operating Agreement, Schedule 6).

  • Amplification, transmission and distribution equipment means, but is not limited to, production,
