Power of the Arbitrator. The arbitrator has all of the powers granted to arbitrators under the Canada Labour Code Part I in addition to any powers which are contained in this Agreement.

Power of the Arbitrator. (1) The arbitrator has all of the powers granted to arbitrators under the Canada Labour Code Part I in addition to any powers which are contained in this Agreement.
(2) The arbitrator shall hear and determine the difference or allegation and shall issue a written decision and the decision is final and binding upon the parties and upon any employee affected by it.
(3) The award of the arbitrator shall be signed by him and copies thereof shall be transmitted to the parties to the dispute within three months of the hearing.
