Joint Union/Management Meetings. The Employer and the Union agree to hold Joint Union/Management meetings in the store at least once (1X) per quarter, initially with the Union Representative present. Joint Union/Management Meetings. The parties agree to hold, at a minimum, monthly joint union-management meetings. The purpose of such meetings shall be to discuss and settle, if possible, matters of mutual concern. In matters which are personal or particularly sensitive, strict confidentiality shall be maintained. Such discussions shall not include grievances and changes to the Collective Agreement. The President of the local and one other employee representing the Union will be granted leave with pay to attend the joint union-management meetings.
Joint Union/Management Meetings. A certified representative of the CWA who is an employee as defined by Article 3 may request reasonable time without pay for joint union-management meetings with representatives of any company to address matters involving CWA represented persons in another bargaining unit. The meetings shall be held at mutually convenient times, during regularly scheduled hours of work, and shall not interfere with the performance of regular duties. Where a meeting is held on a day which is not a regularly scheduled work day for the designated union representative, he shall be paid at his normal rate of pay for all time spent attending the meeting. Any other employee who is on a scheduled day of rest may attend the meeting, but such attendance shall be without pay. Joint Union/Management Meetings. Once every four (4) months, or as required, but not less than once every four (4) months, the Union and Employer appointed personnel shall meet to discuss problems that may arise concerning the application and operation of this Agreement.

A copy of the minutes will be sent to the other party within seven (7) working days for review and approval.
