Power Park. The park is already fully developed/utilised, has basic infrastructure in place and has an existing value in the region of £11m. The park is subject to a Relocations Strategy which forms part of the AAP document reference library. The purpose of the strategy is to quantify the likely sums needed to relocate existing businesses from the park to alternative locations within the near vicinity. The strategy is structured in phases, with phase one due to occur by 2013. The exact dates for each relocation and each phase are dependent upon a number of factors including growth in the energy sector, availability of relocation land, market forces and the willingness or desire of the existing businesses to relocate. The cost of each relocation will be dependent upon market forces at the time and the specifics of each relocation to be undertaken. Each relocation will, when appropriate, be assessed against HCA funding criteria at that time and if deemed appropriate application for HCA funding will be made. The overall predicted cost gap for all relocation as identified in the strategy is £5.5m.

  • Power System Stabilizers The Developer shall procure, install, maintain and operate Power System Stabilizers in accordance with the requirements identified in the Interconnection Studies conducted for Developer’s Large Generating Facility. NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner reserve the right to reasonably establish minimum acceptable settings for any installed Power System Stabilizers, subject to the design and operating limitations of the Large Generating Facility. If the Large Generating Facility’s Power System Stabilizers are removed from service or not capable of automatic operation, the Developer shall immediately notify the Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO. The requirements of this paragraph shall not apply to wind generators.

  • SHOPPING CENTRES 1. The general terms and provisions of the VBIA shall apply to “Shopping Centres” (as defined) with the following variations:

  • Management Structure Describe the overall management approach toward planning and implementing the contract. Include an organization chart for the management of the contract, if awarded. 3.2

  • Caisson Rock Caisson Rock is defined as material that must be removed from a shaft which cannot be penetrated faster than two feet per hour (fifteen minute minimum) using a rock auger with bullet-shaped hardened steel teeth (Kennametal bits or equivalent), and the drilling equipment should have the capacity to produce a continuous torque of at least 1,000,000 inch pounds and a downward force of at least 50,000 pounds (a Xxxxxx LLDH in good working condition) for piers up to seventy two inches in diameter. Use of equipment with greater torque or downward force modifies the definition of refusal to be the point at which the equipment cannot penetrate faster than two feet per hour (fifteen minute minimum). In rare cases, refusal may occur on a rock seam or boulder above the general massive rock surface. The compensation for Caisson Rock should include only material that cannot be penetrated by the rock auger at the specified rate.

  • Slope Portions of an accessible route with running slopes steeper than 1:20 are ramps and shall comply with 4.8. The cross slope of an accessible route shall not be steeper than 1:48  See Figure 1 for required compliance  Near Unit #612: o grind, relevel or repour concrete curb ramp to 8.33% grade or less on slope

  • Cemetery The Local Church agrees and insures that, after the Disaffiliation Date, its cemetery and/or columbarium, will continue to be maintained in substantially the same manner as presently maintained. In addition, Local Church will honor any and all contracts, deeds, and agreements for burial and/or internment in its cemetery or columbarium, as well as insuring and continued access for families and loved ones of United Methodists buried there and for burials in unfilled xxxxxx and columbarium slots (including granting an access easement to the Conference and members of the United Methodist Church for visitations, historical research, and related purposes).

  • Framework Management Structure 2.1.1 The Supplier shall provide a suitably qualified nominated contact (the “Supplier Framework Manager”) who will take overall responsibility for delivering the Goods and/or Services required within this Framework Agreement, as well as a suitably qualified deputy to act in their absence.

  • Triple Net Lease Landlord and Tenant acknowledge that, to the extent provided in this Lease, it is their intent and agreement that this Lease be a “TRIPLE NET” lease and that as such, the provisions contained in this Lease are intended to pass on to Tenant or reimburse Landlord for the costs and expenses reasonably associated with this Lease, the Building and the Project, and Tenant’s operation therefrom to the extent provided in this Lease. To the extent such costs and expenses payable by Tenant cannot be charged directly to, and paid by, Tenant, such costs and expenses shall be paid by Landlord but reimbursed by Tenant as Additional Rent.
