Practice Model. Description: Children and families are best served through six key practice components (engagement, assessment, care planning and implementation, teaming, monitoring and adapting and transition) that make up an overarching Practice Model. Over the course of treatment and transition, the six practice components are organized and delivered in the context of an overall Child and Family Team (CFT) approach. Many of these practice components will occur throughout a child and family’s experience in care and several will overlap or take place concurrently with other practice components. Consistent with the principle of individualized care, a child and family’s experience of care should be guided by the Practice Model and tailored according to his or her individual needs and strengths.

  • License Model The software is licensed under two models: • Perpetual License Model – Under this model, you have licensed the software under perpetual license terms, as code that is installed on your premises or hosted for you by a third party acting as your agent (“Perpetual License Model”).

  • Project Approach € Project schedules and budgets are reviewed by the Project Manager on a weekly basis during our company-wide Project Managers Meeting using project status reports generated by our control software (Deltek Vision). Progress is compared to the schedule and budget to ensure adequate resources are available and that necessary coordination is occurring. Costs are reported real time, with actual labor based on time sheet entry and actual expense costs based on invoices. The reporting system can be customized to track specific tasks or efforts in multiple categories, making it flexible enough to adapt to any project specific requirements. We hold regular project coordination meetings to facilitate communication and information transfer among the design team. These meetings are held weekly and are supplemented with e-mail communication, as well as telephone conversations. We hold monthly project status meetings with your project manager to update project status, discuss priorities, and receive direction from City staff. This provides an opportunity for communication and information to flow openly between the City and the design team. These meetings are supplemented by communications that will occur via e-mail and telephone. We conduct meetings with other agencies and stakeholders impacted by the work as needed. E-mail and telephone communication work well for quick questions or minor issues, but we have found that the most effective means of communication with other agencies and stakeholders is the “old-fashioned” face- to-face mexxxxx.   • Alternative Work Schedule An alternate forty (40) hour work schedule (other than five (5) uniform and consecutive eight (8) hour days in a seven (7) day period), or for hospital personnel an eighty (80) hour workweek in a fourteen (14) day period and other mutually agreed upon schedules that comply with applicable federal and state law. Employee work schedules normally include two (2) consecutive days off.

  • Development Schedule The Project shall substantially comply with the specific timetables and triggers for action set forth in Article 5 of this Agreement. The parties acknowledge that, as provided in G.S. 160A-400.25(b), the failure to meet a commencement or completion date shall not, in and of itself, constitute a material breach of this Agreement pursuant to G.S. 160A-400.27 but must be judged based upon the totality of the circumstances.
