Practices Games. Practices begin August 1, 2019 from 5:30 PM until 8:00 PM weekdays. Practices will run Monday through Friday, not to exceed 10 hours per week (Excluding water breaks) until Labor Day. In the event of a rain-out there may be a Saturday/Sunday practice scheduled. The practice schedule after Labor Day will not exceed 6 hours per week (Excluding water breaks) at the same above mentioned time Tuesday/Thursday and Friday. Toward the end of the season as we get closer to day light savings time, practices may begin earlier and end earlier. This change in practice time will be communicated to you by your coaches. The first week of practice is for the purpose of conditioning. All players will be required to complete ten (10) hours of conditioning. You MUST get approval from the Head Coach/Athletic Director if you are unable to begin practice on the designated date or will miss any conditioning hours.

  • Personnel Practices Section 1. The parties agree to establish a Labor-Management Committee to consult on personnel practices. The Committee will consist of five (5) representatives selected by the County and five (5) representatives by the SEIU Local 721. The Chief Executive Officer will designate a representative from CEO/Employee Relations and Department of Human Resources who have authority to resolve issues. The Committee will meet quarterly and consult on County-wide personnel practices including, but not limited to, performance evaluations, appraisals of promotability, grievance, arbitration, appeal processes, and resolution and payment of awards. Section 2. Dignity and Professionalism in the Workplace 1. The Union and Management are committed to working together to ensure a healthy and professional work environment free from emotional and psychological abuse and intimidation and to promote dignity for all workforce members. 2. The Union and Management agree to work together to develop a training program open to managers and SEIU Local 721 represented employees through the Workforce Development Program, the Million Dollar Training Fund and/or other sources of funding designated to promote dignity, prevent and reduce intimidation and other forms of emotional and psychological abuse in the workplace and create awareness of its negative impact. 3. Labor and Management are committed to working together to address complaints of intimidation and other forms of emotional and psychological abuse in the workplace in a timely manner. 4. The County Department of Human Resources is committed to working with the Union to develop policy to promote dignity and respect at the workplace and to prevent intimidation and other forms of emotional and psychological abuse in the workplace. Section 3. Communication through County E-mail Recognizing that e-mail is a standard medium of business communication, the County will meet with representatives of the Union to consider the feasibility of communication with bargaining unit members through their County e-mail addresses. This workgroup will complete its work within 60 days of the Board of Supervisors’ approval of the MOU. The workgroup will present recommendations to the Board of Supervisors for any policy changes. Section 4. Education Based Discipline Education-Based Discipline (EBD) is offered when an employee must serve a suspension from duty as a result of some type of policy violation, but rather than serving the suspension days at home with a loss of pay, some or all of those days can be substituted for a relevant training class or classes. Participation in the program is voluntary for the employee. The Personnel Practices Committee defined in Section 1 will meet to discuss expansion of EBD to all departments in the County.

  • Financial Management System Subrecipient shall establish and maintain a sound financial management system, based upon generally accepted accounting principles.   • Pharmacy Services The Contractor shall establish a network of pharmacies. The Contractor or its PBM must provide at least two (2) pharmacy providers within thirty (30) miles or thirty (30) minutes from a member’s residence in each county, as well as at least two (2) durable medical equipment providers in each county or contiguous county.

  • POST ONLINE PUBLIC AUCTION PROCEDURES 4.1. Successful E-bidders shall and undertake to sign the Memorandum of Sale at the office of the Auctioneer within 3 working days from the date of auction, failing which the deposit paid will be forfeited to the Assignee bank and the sale will be deemed cancelled/terminated and the property may be put up again for subsequent auction without further notice to the said E-Bidders. The Auctioneer shall send the Memorandum of Sale for stamping and thereafter forward the same together with the required deposit paid under Clause 2.4 above and the differential sum paid under this clause (if any) to the Assignee bank. 4.2. Any successful E-bidder who is unable to attend to sign the Memorandum of Sale at the Auctioneer's office may do so by authorising another person to sign the same of his/her behalf by inserting the particulars of the authorised person and furnishing a copy of his/her identity card and also a Letter of Authorisation for this purpose. 4.3. In the event that there is inconsistency between the personal details and the documents uploaded in the PAH Website and the actual documents produced by the successful bidder, the Auctioneer shall have the right to refuse the successful bidder from signing the Memorandum of Sale and may at its discretion cancel the sale and proceed to put up property up for a new auction and the deposit paid shall be forfeited. 4.4. The Memorandum of Sale upon being signed by the Auctioneer, Solicitor for the Assignee bank and the successful Bidder/Authorised agent shall be conclusive evidence of the sale of the property to the successful bidder.
