PRESEASON a. Training camp may begin up to a maximum forty (40) days prior to EuroLeague Regular Season Round 1 or up to a maximum of thirty-two (32) days prior to the club’s Domestic League Regular Season Round 1 - whichever the earliest. ELPA and EP will determine and announce the exact date for start of each season’s training camp by July 1st (or immediately after the release of EuroLeague game schedule) of the same year. b. Any other club activity in July or August is voluntary for players to join. Under no circumstance will Club pressure or coerce the Player into any individual/team activity or practice prior to the start of training camp. c. Players are not required to arrive to Club’s city more than 48 hours prior to the first Club activity to conduct medical testing, arrange necessary paperwork, search for house/apartment, etc, unless the player must respect a longer mandatory quarantine period due to existing Covid-19-related restrictions upon arrival in the Club’s country. In the latter case, it is the Club’s obligation to inform the Player accordingly about existing Covid-19-restrictions and to arrange for timely arrival of the Player in order for him to be available on the first day of training camp. d. On single practice days, practice session may last no longer than 3 hours, including the time spent in weight room, stretching, and participating in aerobic warm-ups and cool-downs. e. On double practice days, practice sessions may last an aggregate of 5 hours, including the time spent in weight room, stretching, and participating in aerobic warm-ups and cool-downs. f. There will not be more than five consecutive practice sessions (i.e., never three consecutive days with two practices). g. All basketball practice sessions can be contact practices (with ankles taped). h. Players will have one day off per week, with media/promotional/commercial activities permitted on the day off. i. Second practice session on EuroLeague Media Day is not permitted.

PRESEASON. Commencmg with the mandatory reportilg date for veteran players to an mdividual Club's preseason trammg camp, as determmed m accordance with Article 23, Section 5 of this Agreement, and contilluilg until the last weekend of preseason games played by NFL Clubs durillg the League Year m question, all players will be permitted at least one day-off every seven days, except for clubs that have a game scheduled on the fifth day (or sooner) followillg their immediately prior game. In no event shall players have less than five days off durmg the period between the mandatory reportilg date for veteran players to an mdividual Club's preseason trammg camp and the last weekend of preseason games played by NFL Clubs durmg the League Year m question. Durmg any preseason day-off players may not be given a curfew at the end of the 24-hour period any sooner than 10:30pm.

  • Teams One team for the purposes of the Event shall consist of one Vehicle. Each Vehicle can contain a maximum of three Team Members, provided such Team Members have entered into a Team Entry Agreement with the Company or have otherwise agreed in writing to participate in the Event upon and subject to the Terms of Entry and the Event Rules. For the avoidance of doubt, it is the sole responsibility of each Team to inform themselves of the maximum numbers of persons legally permitted to travel in the Vehicle under Relevant Law. The Company shall provide each Team with the contact details of the Approved Hirer who will be able to provide each Team with a Vehicle for use in the Event, subject to the Team entering into an agreement (the "Borrowing Agreement") with the Hirer outlining the terms of use of the Vehicle. Should the Vehicle not be delivered to the Designated Finish Point by 14:00 local time on 19th September 2021, then the team will be liable for the "Hire Costs" outlined below. Each Vehicle will be of a similar specification to that outlined in Schedule 4 to the Team Entry Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, the Company shall make no representations or warranties as to the suitability of the Approved Hirer or of the Vehicle for participation in the Event and any rights or warranties which a Team may have or be granted in relation to the Vehicle shall be limited to those contained in the Rental Agreement or implied by any Relevant Law.

  • Workshops During the month of September or October of each year during the term of this Agreement, there shall be held at each University a workshop for Department Chairs at which will be discussed their roles and responsibilities as such. Representatives of the University, at its election, and representatives of the Association, at its election, shall be permitted to participate jointly in such workshop.

  • Publikace The Institution and the Investigator agree that the Sponsor shall have the sole and exclusive right to the first publication of the results of the Study. Such Sponsor publication is intended to be a multi-center publication of the Study results, collected from all investigators and institutions participating in the Study (the “Multi- Center Publication”). If the Investigator is interested in contributing to or participating in the Multi-Center Publication, he or she must contact the Sponsor. Selection of authors/participants will be governed by the Sponsor, considering individuals’ contribution to the Study.

  • Safety Footwear 1. The State will provide employees in the positions listed in Section 3 below, and employees who are currently required to wear safety footwear by Department Work Rules, an allowance of one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) for replacement of safety footwear. This allowance will be paid to employees on a semiannual basis, with half paid in January and half paid in July to eligible employees on the payroll at the time of the payments. Employees of Departments with work rules that provide such safety footwear will not be eligible for the safety footwear allowance. 2. Safety footwear purchased must meet ANSI standards where applicable. Requirements for the wearing of safety footwear will be in accordance with work rules published by the State. 3. Positions required to wear safety footwear:

  • Orthodontics We Cover orthodontics used to help restore oral structures to health and function and to treat serious medical conditions such as: cleft palate and cleft lip; maxillary/mandibular micrognathia (underdeveloped upper or lower jaw); extreme mandibular prognathism; severe asymmetry (craniofacial anomalies); ankylosis of the temporomandibular joint; and other significant skeletal dysplasias.

  • Games The Private Party shall not be entitled to introduce any arcade type amusement or gaming machines into the Restaurant Facility without the prior written approval of SANParks.

  • Training a. The employer, in consultation with the local, shall be responsible for developing and implementing an ongoing harassment and sexual harassment awareness program for all employees. Where a program currently exists and meets the criteria listed in this agreement, such a program shall be deemed to satisfy the provisions of this article. This awareness program shall initially be for all employees and shall be scheduled at least once annually for all new employees to attend. b. The awareness program shall include but not be limited to: i. the definitions of harassment and sexual harassment as outlined in this Agreement; ii. understanding situations that are not harassment or sexual harassment, including the exercise of an employer's managerial and/or supervisory rights and responsibilities; iii. developing an awareness of behaviour that is illegal and/or inappropriate; iv. outlining strategies to prevent harassment and sexual harassment; v. a review of the resolution of harassment and sexual harassment as outlined in this Agreement; vi. understanding malicious complaints and the consequences of such; vii. outlining any Board policy for dealing with harassment and sexual harassment; viii. outlining laws dealing with harassment and sexual harassment which apply to employees in B.C.

  • Sports related devices, services and medications used to affect performance primarily in sports- related activities; all expenses related to physical conditioning programs such as athletic training, bodybuilding, exercise, fitness, flexibility, and diversion or general motivation.
