Pre-Construction Conference(s). The Construction Manager shall conduct, in conjunction with the District and the Architect, pre-construction orientation conference(s) for the benefit of the successful contractors and shall serve to orient the contractors to the various reporting procedures and site rules prior to the commencement of actual construction.
