Common use of Pre-Construction Meeting Clause in Contracts

Pre-Construction Meeting. Prior to the beginning of construction operations, a pre-construction meeting shall be held, and shall be attended by the authorized representatives of the City and persons of the contracting company who will have direct responsibility for workmanship and/or materials used on the project. The conference will disclose all aspects for execution and schedule of the Work. Agreement on any and all questionable measurements, materials, methods or other matters shall be made at this conference. Contractor shall submit the following at the pre-construction meeting: a.
