Common use of Pre-Construction Meeting Clause in Contracts

Pre-Construction Meeting. Developer and/or his contractor shall arrange for and hold a pre-construction meeting with the Director or an authorized representative. Notification of said meeting shall be made in writing and received by the Parties 72 hours in advance of said meeting. The meeting shall be held at least 24 hours prior to start of each phase of construction. The meeting shall take place at the City or at a place convenient to the Director.
