Pre-Construction Meeting. 1. Prior to beginning Work, the Commission will conduct a pre-construction meeting as detailed below. Representatives of the Design-Builder and Subcontractors must attend. The purpose of the meeting is to establish lines of authority and communications and to identify duties and responsibilities of the organizations. Discussion will cover specific Drawings, Technical Specifications, unusual conditions, schedules of completion, and other features of the Contract. The Commission may conduct additional coordination meetings at its discretion.
