Pre-Observation/Planning Conference. 1. First year educators in the district and others whom the administrator desires to visit with, will have a face-to-face conference with educator and evaluator. This conference will take place only once in each evaluation cycle. All other educators may share this information by written format. 2. USD #385 Pre-Observation/planning form to be completed by educator prior to meeting. 3. Discussion of lesson to be observed and planning form.
