Pre-Offer Conference. A Pre-Offer Conference will be held at the time and place indicated in the solicitation’s “Pre-Bid Conference” field as found within the State of Arizona’s e- procurement system ProcureAZ (xxxxx://xxxxxxx.xx.xxx); attendance is not required. The purpose of this conference will be to clarify the contents of the solicitation in order to prevent any misunderstanding of the State of Arizona’s position. Any doubt as to the requirements of the solicitation or any apparent omission or discrepancy should be presented to the State of Arizona at the conference. The State of Arizona will then determine the appropriate action necessary, if any, and issue a written amendment to the solicitation if required.
