Pre-Retirement Seminar. The Board may grant a leave of absence with pay and without loss of benefits of two (2) days to employees with a minimum of ten (10) years’ service with the Board, to attend the CUPE pre-retirement seminar. The Union will pay registration fees. If the above approved seminar falls on a non-instructional day, the employee shall receive the employee’s regular wages for the day when attending the seminar.
