Pre-tax Benefits Program. In accordance with IRS regulation and federal and state laws the University shall continue to offer the State of Florida’s pre-tax benefits program for salaried employees which includes but are not limited to: (1) pay for their applicable State insurance premiums on a pre-tax basis and, (2) utilize flexible spending accounts for medical and dependent care expenses.
