PRE-TAX CONTRIBUTION PROGRAM. The District will offer, on a voluntary basis, a Pre-tax Contribution Program authorized by IRS Section 125 whereby health and dental insurance premiums are deducted from employees’ salaries and treated as a non-taxable item for the purpose of paying the employees’ portion of the premium for group medical and dental insurance. As they become available, other premium options may be offered as mutually agreeable.
