Preamble & Definitions. These Software Maintenance and Technical Support terms and conditions (the “Support Terms”) govern the provision by Vocera Communications, Inc. (“Vocera”) of certain software maintenance and technical support services for Vocera’s Clinical Communication offerings (“Support”) and any on site assistance pursuant to Section 8 below (“On-Site Assistance”), all as described below and purchased by an end user customer (“End User”) from either Vocera or Vocera’s authorized reseller (“Reseller”).
