Precipitation and Construction Planning. Precipitation forecasts shall be considered when planning construction activities. The Permittee shall monitor the 72-hour forecast from the National Weather Service at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx. When there is a forecast of more than 40% chance of rain, or at the onset of unanticipated precipitation, the Permittee shall remove all equipment from the riparian area and shall implement erosion and sediment control measures (e.g., jute, straw, coconut fiber erosion control fabric, coir logs, straw), and all Project activities shall cease. The use of erosion control measures that include plastic monofilament netting is prohibited (CWC Section 13369(b)(1)(B) and (C); Basin Plan Sections 3.3.12, 3.3.19, and 4.19);

  • Construction Management Plan Contractor shall prepare and furnish to the Owner a thorough and complete plan for the management of the Project from issuance of the Proceed Order through the issuance of the Design Professional's Certificate of Material Completion. Such plan shall include, without limitation, an estimate of the manpower requirements for each trade and the anticipated availability of such manpower, a schedule prepared using the critical path method that will amplify and support the schedule required in Article 2.1.5 below, and the Submittal Schedule as required in Article 2.2.3. The Contractor shall include in his plan the names and resumés of the Project Superintendent, Project Manager and the person in charge of Safety.
