Common use of Preconstruction Phase Clause in Contracts

Preconstruction Phase. § 3.2.1 The Construction Manager shall review the program furnished by the Owner and any evaluation of the Owner’s program provided by the Architect, to ascertain the requirements of the Project and shall arrive at a mutual understanding of such requirements with the Owner and Architect.
