PRECONSTRUCTION SERVICES PHASE AND COMPENSATION. The Preconstruction Services Phase (the “Preconstruction Services Phase”) shall commence on the date specified in a NTP with Preconstruction Services issued by TFC. CMR is not entitled to reimbursement for any costs incurred for Preconstruction Services performed before issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Preconstruction Services may overlap with Construction Phase Services. Compensation for Preconstruction Services is set forth in Section 4.2.1 below.
