Procurement Schedule. CMR will prepare, for A/E’s review and TFC’s review and acceptance, a procurement schedule for items that must be ordered in advance of commencement of construction. Throughout Preconstruction Services, CMR shall timely update this schedule with information necessary to expedite and coordinate the ordering and delivery of products and materials in advance of construction.

The Operator shall procure Buses as per the Procurement Schedule provided in Schedule-G hereto and shall ensure readiness of Buses for commencement of services (the “Commencement of Services”) in accordance with Article 14.
