Prediction mode. The BLM Windows® Interface application allows the user to run the BLM in either toxicity mode or speciation mode. When run in toxicity mode for a metal and organism specified by the user, the BLM will predict the amount of metal required to cause acute or chronic toxicity in each observation/line in the input file. However, when the BLM is run in speciation mode for a metal concentration specified by the user, the BLM will predict the organic and the inorganic chemical speciation in the water column and the metal accumulation on the biotic ligand that would result. The “Prediction Mode” button allows the user to toggle between the speciation and toxicity prediction modes in the BLM. The current prediction mode is also displayed in the “Current Selection Display” area (see Section 5.7). The current prediction mode setting is saved when the application is closed, and the application will default to the last prediction mode used.

Once UC has been installed, NewPhone may request channel activation on a channelized facility and BellSouth shall connect the requested facilities via COCIs.   • Performance Reporting The State of California is required to submit the following financial reports to FEMA:
