State shall communicate the inclusion of Covered Product on the Preferred Drug List to State Medicaid Program providers through a notification process, which may include, but not be limited to, issuance of written notification to Medicaid providers, inclusion on the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services website, or remittance advice messages. The PDL communication will include an effective date of said changes.
