The applicant may (by checking the appropriate box) indicate whether he wishes to receive communications from the International Bureau in English, in French or in Spanish, regardless of the language in which the international application was transmitted from the Office of origin to the International Bureau. On the other hand, if the applicant simply wishes to receive communications from the International Bureau in the language in which the international application was filed, it is not necessary to check any box.

  • Annual Negotiations Negotiations will be conducted each year according to the ground rules as mutually agreed upon prior to negotiations.
