Preferred Suppliers. During the term of this Agreement, ATMI will be the preferred supplier of Materials solutions related to the CDP Fields, and IM will be the preferred supplier of all HPC Technology solutions related to the CDP Fields, in each instance unless a customer of either party specifically requests a different partner. If a customer requests a different partner, the Operating Committee will determine an appropriate course of action, pursuant to Section 3.1, provided, however, that neither party shall be required to forego a business opportunity because the other party has not been included in the project, so long as the party not included participates in any revenue share or royalty arrangements agreed upon by the parties and set forth in the Alliance Plan.
Preferred Suppliers. Oxbow and Global Energy hereby designate one another as their preferred suppliers of certain goods and services, as follows:
(i) Oxbow shall be the preferred petroleum coke supplier to petroleum coke gasification projects owned or controlled by Global Energy.
(ii) Oxbow shall be a preferred supplier of coal, coal fines, gob or waste coal products (collectively, “Coal”) to gasification projects owned or controlled by Global Energy.
(iii) Global Energy shall be the preferred gasification technology supplier to petroleum coke gasification projects majority owned or controlled by Oxbow.
(iv) Global Energy shall be the preferred gasification project operator for petroleum coke gasification projects at sites majority owned or controlled by Oxbow.
Preferred Suppliers. CHH may procure the Uncontracted Fibre from within or outside the Central North Island region, however, CHH will use its reasonable endeavours to procure the most cost effective supplier to WML for the Uncontracted Fibre. At any time during the Term of this Agreement, WML may specify preferred suppliers for supplying all or any part of the Uncontracted Fibre. Where WML has specified a preferred supplier of Uncontracted Fibre, CHH will seek to procure the Uncontracted Fibre from the preferred supplier in preference to other suppliers.
Preferred Suppliers. If so required as part of the Supply specified in Schedule A (Scope of Goods and Services), the Supplier shall procure, in the name of and on behalf of the City:
(a) those materials and/or services specified in Schedule F (Preferred Suppliers) (if any) as being required to be procured from a particular Preferred Supplier from such Preferred Supplier; and
(b) where no particular materials and/or services are specified in Schedule F (Preferred Suppliers) as being required to be procured from a particular Preferred Supplier, materials or services that are in any event required for purposes of the Supply in accordance with Good Industry Practice. Such procurement shall be in accordance with the City Policies (if and insofar as applicable) and otherwise the provisions of this Agreement.

Preferred Suppliers. 18.1 The Shareholders agree that each of LGA and Envitech shall be a preferred supplier of goods and services to the Corporation for a particular mandate or project provided that the following conditions are met:
(a) LGA or Envitech, as the case may be, must have the necessary competence and expertise for the mandate or project in question; and
(b) LGA or Envitech, as the case may be, must provide such goods or services to the Corporation at competitive prices in relation to the market and the industry.
18.2 The Shareholders agree that ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall be a preferred supplier of vertical axis wind turbines and related technology and know- how to the Corporation.
Preferred Suppliers. The Venue has preferred catering suppliers. All catering must be supplied by a Venue preferred caterer, whose details will be provided by the Venue.
Preferred Suppliers. 5.1 IWS will notify each Preferred Supplier once a member has joined the IWS Buying Group, and each member will then liaise directly with those Preferred Suppliers in relation to ordering, deliveries, credit facilities, price lists and promotional or advertising material that may be available.
5.2 Each member will satisfy the trading requirements of each Preferred Supplier the member decides to buy from. For a credit trading facility this may require: • A signed credit application • A signed Directors Guarantee • A bank guarantee supporting credit limit.
5.3 All negotiations in relation to products offered by Preferred Suppliers will be conducted by IWS.
5.4 IWS will make all decisions for altering or introducing new Preferred Suppliers to the IWS Buying Group.
5.5 The price lists and discount structures which relate to the Preferred Suppliers will remain confidential at all times and will not be shown to any non-member.
5.6 All supply Contracts will run for a minimum twelve-month period. Existing supply contacts can be extended annually at the discretion of IWS. Alternatively, tenders will be called from all current and potential Preferred Suppliers.
Preferred Suppliers. 7.1. The parties agree that the appointment of a Supplier as a Preferred Supplier shall be on a non-exclusive basis, and at the sole discretion of Places for People who may appoint other agencies as Preferred Suppliers or remove agencies from its Preferred Supplier’s list, subject to 30 days advanced written notice.
7.2. Places for People confirms that it operates a group policy (which it may change at its sole discretion) according to which, subject to clause 7.4 below, at Places for People’s sole discretion, it may refer any vacancy in the first instance to one Preferred Supplier of its choice. In the event of a Recruiter at Places for People deciding that it is in Places for People’s interests to appoint more than one agency for the same vacancy, additional Preferred Supplier(s) will be approached. If the Preferred Supplier(s) have failed to put forward a candidate acceptable to the Purchaser as per clause 7.3 below, the Purchaser shall be free to engage any non Preferred Supplier to provide the Services.
7.3. In the event that Preferred Suppliers are approached under clause 7.2 above and they cannot put forward suitable candidates for whatever reason, they shall immediately notify the Purchaser they are unable to do so. Failure by the Preferred Supplier to notify the Purchaser that it has suitable candidates within 7 days shall be deemed a notification of its non- ability. In either of the above cases the Purchaser will be entitled to engage another Supplier for the provision of those Services.
7.4. Notwithstanding clauses 7.2 and 7.3 the Purchaser may refer any vacancy to any non Preferred Suppliers without referring the vacancy first to a Preferred Supplier at Purchaser’s sole discretion .
7.5. Other than as described in clause 7.2 above, Places for People has no obligations and makes no representations with regard to the Preferred Suppliers list, including without limitation as to number of Preferred Suppliers on the Preferred Suppliers list at any one time, any minimum fees or minimum number of referrals to be given to Preferred Supplier or about guaranteed access to vacancies.
