(g) An Employee who accepts a position outside of the bargaining unit shall lose their seniority if they do not return to the bargaining unit within one (1) year from the date of such move.
(h) An Employee who resigns from York University shall not be entitled to the provisions of Article 10.02(g).
10.03 The Employer shall provide YusApuY, no less than once every six (6) months, with an up- to-date seniority list which shall contain the name, sex, date of seniority in the bargaining unit, date of hire at York University, salary rate, total compensation paid for work in the bargaining unit and corresponding job classification level, grade or band, campus address, department/faculty, and position title of each bargaining unit member. The seniority list shall be provided in both printed and electronic form.
Pregnancy/Parental. Leave(s) shall be granted on the conditions as set down in the Employment Standards Act of the Province of Ontario. Employees who take pregnancy/parental leave shall have such leave included in their credited service. Service accrued during pregnancy/parental leave shall be included in the determination of service- related benefits. Employees shall receive a top-up on the following basis: On confirmation by the Employment Insurance Commission of the appropriateness of the Employer's Supplemental Employment Benefit (SEB) Plan, an Employee who is on pregnancy/parental leave as provided under this Agreement and who is in receipt of Employment Insurance Maternity/Parental benefits pursuant to Section 22 and 23 of the Employment Insurance Act, 1996 shall be paid a supplemental employment benefit.
Pregnancy/Parental. Adoption Leaves will be in accordance with the current Employment Standards Act (Pregnancy and Parental Leave) at the time of application.

Pregnancy/Parental. Adoption Leave will be granted as per the Employment Standards Act. The Employer shall provide for employees on Pregnancy/Parental/Adoption Leave a Supplementary Employment Insurance Plan approved by the Canada Employment and Immigration Commission. For each week of the two week mandatory waiting period, the plan will pay a sum equal to the E.I. benefit that would be payable to the employee each week of the benefit period. Employees will only be eligible for this payment if they were scheduled to work during the period of the leave.
