Preliminary Cost Estimate. Consultant will furnish City an estimate of probable Construction Cost based on the preliminary design and at subsequent design review submittals as specifically requested by City. Consultant's estimate of probable Construction Cost is to be made based on Consultant's experience and qualifications and represent Consultant's best judgment as an experienced and qualified design professional, familiar with the construction industry.
