The Construction Administrator will perform the necessary investigation and planning in advance of preparing a plan of preliminary findings for project access strategy during construction. The analysis will be refined in the design development and contract documents issue phases. The plan will include, but not be limited to, the review of the following: a. Staging of work. b. Temporary walks. c. Means of egress and fall protection. d. Temporary partition schemes. e. Field operation locations. f. Temporary field utility usage and feeds.
