Common use of Premium All Inclusive Clause in Contracts

Premium All Inclusive. Except as expressly permitted, the Insurer shall have no right to claim any additional amount from the State Health Agency in respect of: a. the risk cover provided to each eligible Beneficiary Family Unit; or b. the performance of any of its obligations under this Insurance Contract; or c. any costs or expenses that it incurs in respect thereof.
