Premium Credits. To the extent provided below, the Employer shall be entitled to a Premium Credit if the Company fails to meet *** or more of the Performance Standards during a Guarantee Period. The Premium Credit due for a Guarantee Period shall be applied to premiums due to the Company for the first Arrangement Month following the Quarterly Review for the fourth Arrangement Quarter of each year.

Premium Credits. On the date each Premium is paid, we will add a Premium Credit to the Contract’s Accumulation Value, allocated proportionately in the same manner as the related Premium. The Premium Credit will equal a percentage of Premium, which varies based on the sum of all Premium paid, as shown in the Contract Schedule.
