PREMIUM PAYABLE. The premium for the Cover of the main member and spouse, and up to 5 of your Children is R92.36 pm. If you include other additional dependants (up to a maximum of 3) on this Policy, the additional premium for the Cover will be an amount of R20.00 pm for each additional dependant. As soon as we have received your first premium you can start using your insurance benefits (the “Start Date”), subject to any waiting period that may apply (see clause 4.3). If you are unsure you can call us at any time on 0861 990 000 to confirm the Start Date of your insurance benefits.

PREMIUM PAYABLE. The policyholder is obliged to pay premiums. No premium will be due for an insured person up to the first day of the calendar month follow- ing the calendar month in which he/she reached the age of 18. An insured person with a Jong & Zeker Pakket or Basis Tand pays a lower premium until reaching the age of 22. The higher premium commenc- es on the first day of the calendar month following the calendar month in which he/she reaches the age of 22.

  • Premium Payments If an employee with at least three years of service in the employ of the Shaker Heights Board of Education should exhaust his/her sick leave within the time specifications of this contract and is granted a leave of absence by the Board, the Board shall continue to pay his/her premiums in accordance with his/her work assignment for the following fringe benefits for a period not to exceed twelve (12) months. The payment of such premiums will cease on the effective date an employee retires, resigns, goes on disability retirement or his/her contract is terminated.

  • Premium Payment The Bank shall pay any premiums due on the Policy.

  • Premium Pay “Premium Pay” is a special pay rate for working during times that are less desirable, such as weekends, holidays or late shifts. The City will not pay the Consultant Premium Pay.

  • Holiday Premium Pay A Nurse working on a recognized Holiday is entitled to the following compensation for any hours worked on the calendar date of the recognized Holiday:

  • Weekend Premium Pay Any nurse who works on a weekend shall receive four dollars ($4.00) per hour premium pay for each hour worked on the weekend in addition to the nurse’s regular rate of pay. Weekend premium pay shall not be included in the nurse’s regular rate of pay for overtime pay calculations, unless required by the Fair Labor Standards Act. The weekend shall be defined as all hours between 11:00 p.m. Friday and 11:00 p. m. Sunday.

  • Minimum Payment Due Your Minimum Payment Due is listed on your Statement and equals the lesser of: • the amount of your New Balance, or • the greater of: • $30, or • 3% of the amount you owe, or • the sum of Finance Charges accrued since the last Billing Cycle (including Interest Charges and Transaction Fees), plus any Penalty Fees, Annual Fees (if applicable), and one-time fees that have been posted to your Account, plus 1% of the amount you owe. Making only the Minimum Payment Due will increase the amount of interest you pay and the time it takes to repay your balance.

  • Premium Share The State shall pay eighty percent (80%) of the premium cost of each plan and the employee or retiree will pay the remaining twenty percent (20%).

  • Minimum Payments If the Executive’s Termination Date occurs during the Agreement Term for any reason, the Executive shall be entitled to the following payments, in addition to any payments or benefits to which the Executive may be entitled under the following provisions of this Section 5 (other than this paragraph 5(a)) or the express terms of any employee benefit plan or as required by law:

  • Overtime and Premium Pay Section 1. Overtime at the rate of one and one-half (1 1/2) times an employee's regular straight time hourly rate of pay shall be paid for all work over forty (40) hours in one (1) week.

  • Overtime Premium Pay Time and one-half (1 1/2) the employee's straight time rate of pay shall be paid for all hours actually worked in excess of forty (40) hours in any one workweek.
