Premium Sharing. Metro shall contribute ninety-two percent (92%) of the insurance premium costs per plan and employees shall pay eight percent (8%) of the premium costs per plan selected by the employee. These premiums will be paid through payroll deduction for medical, dental, and vision plans provided by an HMO and/or indemnity carrier.
