Preparation and Cleanliness. The Hirer is responsible for setting up the room.  The Hirer is required to leave the premises in a clean and tidy condition, having removed all rubbish as directed by the school governors before leaving the premises.  The Hirer is requested to replace chairs and tables and to close all windows and external doors on completion of the booking.  Setting up and tidying up at the end must be included in the Session.  The Hirer is responsible for any waste generated by the activity of the hire and must dispose of it appropriately.

Preparation and Cleanliness. 3.1 The Hirer is responsible for setting up the Premises for their use. Measures for social distancing must be considered when planning your activity.
Preparation and Cleanliness. No alterations may be made to the Premises and nothing may be attached to the walls or ceilings which may cause damage to the Premises. For the avoidance of doubt this includes but is not limited to the use of blu tac, pins or tape. The Premises must be kept in a clean and tidy condition and all rubbish must be placed in the bins provided or removed from the Premises. The Occupier shall not remove any property belonging to the Diocese from the Premises and must keep any such property in a good condition. When the Occupier vacates the Premises at the termination of the Tenancy it shall remove all furniture (and other items belonging to it) and shall return the Premises to the Diocese in a clean and tidy condition and clear from all rubbish. It is the responsibility of the Occupier to ensure that the Premises are secured and alarms activated (if present) when leaving the Premises. The Parish Priest may dispose of any property or goods of the Occupier left at the Premises at the end of the Tenancy without any liability to the Diocese to the extent these have not been collected by the Occupier within 7 calendar days of the end of the Tenancy. The Diocese shall not be responsible liable for any damage to any goods or property of the Occupier left in the Premises or otherwise sustained whilst they are in the Premises.

  • Housekeeping Service and Cleanliness Housekeeping Service will be provided to clean only the kitchenette and washroom areas of the Room on a regularly scheduled basis as posted by the Manager. This Housekeeping Service is not optional. Residents must ensure that all counters and sinks are clear of any dishes, appliances, or any other personal items. As part of the Housekeeping Service, the Room will be inspected. Should the Room be found in an unhygienic state, the Resident(s) will be given 24 hours to return it to a proper state, or it will be cleaned at the discretion of the Manager with a minimum charge of $25.00. The Resident shall, at all times during the Term, keep all parts of the Room clean, including and not limited to; floor coverings, doors, walls, ceilings, kitchenette appliances, counters, cupboards, faucets, sinks, furniture, glass, window frames, and other furnishings. Vacuums, brooms, and mops may be signed out at the front desk, subject to availability.

  • Cleanliness Resident agrees to keep the room in a clean and sanitary condition during the entire term of occupancy and to return his/her room to Provider in the same condition, including general cleanliness, as it was at the beginning of the term of occupancy, normal wear and tear excepted as determined by College acting on behalf of Provider. When there is vacant space in a partially occupied multi-person room, the vacant space must be maintained by the occupant(s) in a manner that will allow a new Resident to move in immediately. Failure to do so will result in assessment of a cleaning charge to Resident’s account.

  • Cleanliness and Safety; Entry Resident agrees to maintain the assigned bedroom space, the apartment and the common areas of the Property in a clean, safe and sanitary condition, to exercise all due care in the use of same, and to cooperate fully with the Property pest control program as requested. Resident will be responsible for the cost of treatment for bedbugs and similar pests to the extent Owner’s pest control vendor reasonably determines that an infestation has originated within Resident’s assigned space and during Resident’s occupancy. Resident will place all trash in provided receptacles and will be responsible for the cost of cleaning the interior or exterior of the apartment if not kept in sanitary condition. When outdoor temperatures are below 40 degrees Fahrenheit, Resident will keep the apartment’s heat turned on to prevent frozen or burst pipes, including during vacations. When outdoor temperatures exceed 85 degrees Fahrenheit, Resident will keep the apartment’s air conditioning turned on and set to a reasonable temperature to prevent mold or mildew growth, including during vacations. Owner and its agents, employees and contractors may enter any apartment and bedroom space to perform routine maintenance, inspections, showings and other ordinary functions, provided that Owner will provide advance notice to residents of an apartment before such entry. Owner reserves the right to enter an apartment and any bedroom space without prior notice (including a passkey and/or disarming the alarm or other means of entry if locks have been changed) for emergency maintenance or repair purposes, or when there is reasonable cause to believe that a situation exists that could cause danger to life, safety, health or property. Owner may confiscate any item deemed to cause a danger and is under no obligation to pay compensation for or to return such items.

  • Preparations No more than three (3) preparations per professor per term shall be the goal of the District and the Association. If more than three (3) preparations are necessary to meet particular needs of students or to meet the unique needs of a department, such additional preparations will only be assigned by the appropriate administrator following discussion with all affected members of the department. When such additional preparations are necessary, they shall be distributed equitably among department members.

  • Professional Preparation and Scholarship The certificated classroom teacher exhibits, in his/her performance, evidence of having a theoretical background and knowledge of the principles and methods of teaching, and a commitment to education as a profession.

  • Initiation and Processing 1. Level One

  • EVALUATION AND MONITORING The ORGANIZATION agrees to maintain books, records and other documents and evidence, and to use accounting procedures and practices that sufficiently and properly support the complete performance of and the full compliance with this Agreement. The ORGANIZATION will retain these supporting books, records, documents and other materials for at least three (3) calendar years following the year in which the Agreement expires. The COUNTY and/or the State Auditor and any of their representatives shall have full and complete access to these books, records and other documents and evidence retained by the ORGANIZATION respecting all matters covered in and under this Agreement, and shall have the right to examine such during normal business hours as often as the COUNTY and/or the State Auditor may deem necessary. Such representatives shall be permitted to audit, examine and make excerpts or transcripts from such records, and to make audits of all contracts, invoices, materials, and records of matters covered by this Agreement. These access and examination rights shall last for three calendar years following the year in which the Agreement expires. The COUNTY intends without guarantee for its agents to use reasonable security procedures and protections to assure that related records and documents provided by the ORGANIZATION are not erroneously disclosed to third parties. The COUNTY will, however, disclose or make this material available to those authorized by/in the above paragraph or permitted under the provisions of Chapter 42.56 RCW without notice to the ORGANIZATION. The ORGANIZATION shall cooperate with and freely participate in any other monitoring or evaluation activities pertinent to this Agreement that the COUNTY finds needing to be conducted.

  • Preparation Awarded vendor shall not begin a project for which TIPS Member has not prepared the site, unless awarded vendor does the preparation work at no cost, or until TIPS Member includes the cost of site preparation in a purchase order. Site preparation includes, but is not limited to: moving furniture, installing wiring for networks or power, and similar pre-installation requirements. Registered sex offender restrictions: For work to be performed at schools, awarded vendor agrees that no employee of a sub-contractor who has been adjudicated to be a registered sex offender will perform work at any time when students are, or reasonably expected to be, present. Awarded vendor agrees that a violation of this condition shall be considered a material breach and may result in the cancellation of the purchase order at the TIPS Member’s discretion. Awarded vendor must identify any additional costs associated with compliance of this term. If no costs are specified, compliance with this term will be provided at no additional charge. Safety measures: Awarded vendor shall take all reasonable precautions for the safety of employees on the worksite, and shall erect and properly maintain all necessary safeguards for protection of workers and the public. Awarded vendor shall post warning signs against all hazards created by the operation and work in progress. Proper precautions shall be taken pursuant to state law and standard practices to protect workers, general public and existing structures from injury or damage.

  • Skidding and Yarding Methods of skid- ding or yarding specified for particular areas, if any, are indicated on Sale Area Map. Outside Clearcutting Units and construction clearings, insofar as ground conditions permit, products shall not be skidded against reserve trees or groups of reproduction and tractors shall be equipped with a winch to facilitate skidding. B6.421 Rigging. Insofar as practicable, needed rigging shall be slung on stumps or trees desig- nated for cutting.
