Good condition definition

Good condition means a state where the key characteristics of an ecosystem, namely its physical, chemical, compositional, structural and functional state, and its landscape and seascape characteristics, reflect the high level of ecological integrity, stability and resilience necessary to ensure its long-term maintenance;
Good condition means the good physical condition of the Premises and each portion of the Premises, including without limitation, all of the Tenant Improvements, Tenant's alterations, Tenant's trade fixtures, Tenant's Personal Property, all as defined in this Section, signs, walls, interior partitions, windows, window coverings, glass, doors, carpeting and resilient flooring, ceiling tiles, plumbing fixtures and lighting fixtures, all of which shall be in conformity with building standard finishes, ordinary wear and tear, damage by fire or other casualty and taking by condemnation excepted.
Good condition means, as regards an area of a habitat type, a state where the key characteristics of the habitat type, in particular its structure, functions and typical species or typical species composition reflect the high level of ecological integrity, stability and resilience necessary to ensure its long-term maintenance and thus contribute to reaching or maintaining favourable conservation status for a habitat, where the habitat type concerned is listed in Annex I to Directive 92/43/EEC, and, in marine ecosystems, contribute to achieving or maintaining good environmental status;

Good condition means, in relation to an ecosystem, that the ecosystem is in good physical, chemical and biological condition or of a good physical, chemical and biological quality with self-reproduction or self-restoration capability, in which species composition, ecosystem structure and ecological functions are not impaired;
Good condition of a habitat type means a state where its key characteristics , in particular its structure and functions and its typical species or typical species composition reflect the high level of ecological integrity, stability and resilience necessary to ensure its long-term maintenance and thus contribute to reaching or maintaining favourable conservation status according to Article 1, point (e) of Directive 92/43/EEC, where the habitat type concerned is listed in Annex I of that Directive, and, in marine ecosystems, contribute to achieving or maintaining good environmental status according to Article 3(5) of Directive 2008/56/EC;
Good condition means that the interior walls of all office and warehouse areas, the floors of all office and warehouse areas, all suspended ceilings and any carpeting will be cleaned. Tenant shall ascertain from Landlord within thirty (30) days before the end of the term of this Lease whether Landlord desires to have the Premises or any part or parts thereof restored to their condition as of the commencement of this Lease or to cause Tenant to surrender all alterations, additions, and improvements in place to Landlord, provided that, with respect to all alterations made by Tenant pursuant to paragraph 10 below to which Landlord consents in advance of Tenant making the same, Landlord shall at the time of such consent indicate to Tenant whether or not such alteration must be removed by Tenant from the Premises at the expiration of the Lease term; and further provided, that if Landlord shall fail to so notify Tenant whether Landlord requires the same to be removed, such failure to deliver notice shall be deemed consent by Landlord for Tenant to leave such alteration on the Premises upon expiration of the Lease term. If Landlord shall so desire, then Tenant shall remove such alterations, additions, and improvements as Landlord may require and shall repair and restore said Premises or such part or parts thereof before the termination of this Lease at Tenant's sole cost and expense. Tenant on or before the end of the term or sooner termination of this Lease, shall remove all his or its personal property and trade fixtures from the Premises, and all property not so removed shall be deemed to be abandoned by Tenant. If the Premises are not surrendered at the end of the term or sooner termination of this Lease, Tenant shall indemnify Landlord against loss or liability resulting from delay by Tenant in so surrendering the Premises including, without limitation, any claims made by any succeeding tenant founded on such delay.
Good condition means a coating condition with only minor spot rusting.
