Preparation of the Administrative Draft IS / MND. Preparation of the IS/MND will commence immediately following the project initiation and submittal of the project description to the City for review. During review of the project description, research will be conducted, and information will be compiled related to existing conditions and regulations relevant to the impact analysis of the proposed project. The following information will be needed from the project applicant to be submitted to the City to complete preparation of the Administrative Draft IS/MND: • Most updated site plan, grading plan, project elevations • Construction information: grading, phases and types of construction activities, length of activities • Soils or Geotechnical StudyPhase I Environmental Site Assessment • Hydrology Study & Water Quality Management Plan (WQMP) • Infrastructure plans - existing and connection locations: water, sewer, storm drain The Administrated Draft IS/MND will be comprehensive, accurate, objective, and will fully comply with CEQA and all applicable guidance and procedures established by the City of Garden Grove. The IS/MND will include a discussion of each CEQA Environmental Checklist impact resource topic that will describe the existing conditions, evaluation of potential environmental impacts including temporary (construction-related) and long-term (operational) impacts, and identification of mitigation measures, as necessary. The scope of analysis for each environmental issue area is described below.

  • Dimensions Education Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience. A minimum of 10 years of IT and business/industry work experience, with at least 3 years of leadership experience in managing multiple, large, cross-functional teams or projects, and influencing senior level management and key stakeholders. Requires advanced technical and business knowledge in software development life cycle, quality assurance, project management and other related disciplines/processes.

  • Definitions As used in this Agreement, the following terms shall have the following meanings:

  • NOW THEREFORE the parties hereto agree as follows:

  • WHEREAS the Company desires the Warrant Agent to act on behalf of the Company, and the Warrant Agent is willing to so act, in connection with the issuance, registration, transfer, exchange, redemption and exercise of the Warrants; and

  • Notices Any notice, request or other document required or permitted to be given or delivered to the Holder by the Company shall be delivered in accordance with the notice provisions of the Purchase Agreement.

  • Severability Any provision of this Agreement that is prohibited or unenforceable in any jurisdiction shall, as to such jurisdiction, be ineffective to the extent of such prohibition or unenforceability without invalidating the remaining provisions hereof, and any such prohibition or unenforceability in any jurisdiction shall not invalidate or render unenforceable such provision in any other jurisdiction.
